2009Coming in May: “A BADD Church Service,” a night of comedy at Bel Air Presbyterian. I will have some sketches in the evening. Coming in April: Directing Maundy Thursday readings for Bel Air Presbyterian. It’s a piece I wrote last year, and we are re-mounting. Current: One On One, short film written with Dean Batali, is in pre-production. Current: Paging Dr. Peter, sit-com length film written with Charity Parenzi, in post-production with Seattle Children’s Hospital. Director’s cut finished. April: Guest Speaker for Bellhaven College, speaking with the screenwriting students. March: Wrote Witness Protection, short film written for and produced by Bel Air Drama Department; to be screened in May. March: The Janitor released on the Lenten Series DVDs and broadcast at a Bel Air Service February: Spoke at Beacon on “The Theology of Story”
2008Wrote The Janitor, short film written for a tri-churh Lenten series; produced by Bel Air Drama Department. Co-wrote Irreplaceable with Michael Fucci, a video spoof, performed by Bel Air Drama Department. August-December: Contracted to write two episodes of an animated series. (Name of series and episodes withheld upon producer’s request. Nah, its not that secretive, they’re just funny that way.) July-October: Advisor/Mentor, Act One: Writing for Hollywood, Saturday Program August: The Call In, sketch, rewritten and performed by Bel Air Drama Department. August: Paging Dr. Peter, sit-com length film written with Charity Parenzi, in production with Seattle Children's Hospital. August: Spoke on the "The Spirituality of Star Wars " panel for Beacon (Los Angeles). July-August: Commissioned to write One On One, short film written with Dean Batali, for Stonewater Films. June: Barbarians at the BBQ, short film, written for and produced by Bel Air Drama Department. June: Taught "Navigating the Studio System" for Act One: Writing for Hollywood. May-June: Commissioned to co-write Paging Dr. Peter, sit-com length training film with Charity Parenzi for Seattle Children's Hospital. June: Sold three short film pitches to Stonewater Films.
